Hugo Vlad Ravenlok is an S-rank Ice-type Limited Agent with the Assault specialization. In combat, he specializes in dealing massive amounts of damage to stunned targets, converting the stun time into pure burst damage.
Hugo Vlad's banner will appear in Zenless Zone Zero in the second half of update 1.7.
