BuffBuff Refund Policy

I. Policy Scope

This policy covers two core types of top-up products on our platform: 1) Direct / Third-party Top-up products (including but not limited to direct top-up for in-game items, third-party top-up for game account balance, targeted top-up for character-specific items, etc.); and 2) Card/Code-based products (including but not limited to game top-up cards/codes, item redemption codes, membership benefit codes, etc.). All refund requests and processing are subject to the terms of this policy, unless otherwise required by mandatory laws and regulations.

II. Refund Rules for Direct / Third-party Top-up Products

l After Successful Top-up: Refunds are not supported.

If you successfully purchase a Direct / Third-party Top-up product and the platform has completed the top-up process (evidenced by the item/balance arrival record in your game account and the platform order status showing "Completed"), no refund requests of any form will be accepted. Regardless of the reason, such as "accidental purchase," "no longer need the item," "account operation error," "change in game experience," or other reasons not attributable to platform service failure, the platform reserves the right to reject your refund request.

l Upon Top-up Failure: Full refund or credit replacement.

If the top-up fails due to reasons not attributable to you, such as platform system failure, payment channel technical exceptions, or partner service interruptions (evidenced by the platform order status showing "Top-up Failed" and no corresponding item/balance arrival record found in your game account), the platform will prioritize protecting your financial rights through the following process:

1. Full Refund via Original Channel: The platform will prioritize initiating a full refund through your original payment channel. The refund amount will be exactly equal to the amount you actually paid. The time for the refund to reach your account is subject to the official processing time of the payment channel (typically 1-7 business days).

2. Replacement with Equivalent Platform Credits: If a refund via the original payment channel is impossible due to technical limitations or abnormal account status (e.g., payment account closed, frozen), the platform will complete verification within 3 business days and issue "Platform Credits" equivalent to the original payment amount to your platform account. These credits can be directly used to exchange for top-up products of equal value on the platform. The credit validity period and usage rules are subject to the platform's "Credit Center" guidelines.

III. Refund Rules for Card/Code-based Products

For Card/Code-based products, once the platform successfully issues the code/card (evidenced by the code/card being displayed on the "Platform Order Details Page" or included in a record email sent by the platform), refund requests are not supported.

IV. Refund Application & Verification Process

l Application Documentation Requirements: When submitting a refund request, you must provide clear and complete supporting documents, including but not limited to: "Platform Order Number," "Screenshot of Payment Proof (e.g., payment success page, bank transaction record)," "Proof of Top-up Failure (e.g., screenshot showing the item/balance not received in the game account)," "Proof of Code Abnormality (e.g., screenshot showing the code is 'Used' or 'Invalid')," etc., to facilitate swift verification by the platform.

l Verification & Response Timeframe: After receiving your refund request and complete documentation, the platform will complete the verification within 3-5 business days. The verification result and processing solution (e.g., "Refund Approved," "Credits Issued," "Request Rejected with reasons") will be communicated to you via "Email" or "Telegram".

V. Other Provisions

l Right of Interpretation: BuffBuff reserves the final right to interpret this policy.
